Disclaimers

1. Schedule

Services will be provided on specified dates and times. Any changes to the schedule must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the amount of $198 per hour. Payment is due at time of arrival before services are provided. $100 deposit required at time of booking. Will be applied towards service. Two hour booking minimum required. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.

**Note:** For privacy and discretion, charges will appear on bank statements as "Crystal Clear Cleaning, LLC."

4. Dress Code and Conduct

The Service Provider will perform services topless but will wear appropriate bottoms and footwear. The Client agrees to maintain respectful behavior and understand that any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.  Service providers reserve the right to have security and will be wearing an S.O.S watch. Service providers reserve the right to contact the authorities if need be.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all personal and business information confidential. The Service Provider will not disclose any personal details about the Client or the services provided. No pictures or videos permitted. Security cameras must be turned off inside the service location at time of service.

6. 18+ and older only 

No one under the age of 18 is present at the time of cleaning. If the provider does suspect someone under the age of 18, the provider reserves the right to ask for identification and if It can not be provided, the provider may leave with payment in full.

7. Security

Depending on the home type security will either sit outside in the vehicle or outside the door of the home. Rule of thumb, if a key or pin code access is required to access the property security will remain outside the door. You will be informed at the time for booking which will be required.

8. Liability and Insurance

The Service Provider agrees to carry liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur while providing services. The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement within 24 hours of service with written notice for full refund of deposit. If the Client terminates the agreement without the required notice, they will forfeit deposit and may be responsible for payment in full for the scheduled services.
